Production Capacity
Spanning an 18,000 m² facility, our state-of-the-art production floor is equipped with modern circular looms and cutting-edge finishing lines. This setup enables us to achieve an impressive output of up to 21,000 kg of fabric per day or 63,000 meters of fabric daily, ensuring both speed and consistency without compromising on the highest quality standards.

Raw Yarn Inspection
Every incoming yarn batch is carefully tested in our laboratory for size/mass, tensile strength, colour and uniformity. Any deviation at this stage is flagged and resolved before knitting begins.

Loom Tuning
Our loom technicians, whose combined expertise exceeds 150 years, ensure each circular loom is perfectly calibrated. Their skill in adjusting tension, alignment, and machine settings is crucial for preventing defects during knitting.

AI-Assisted Monitoring

Integrated Smartex AI sensors scan the fabric in real time, detecting even the minutest. This immediate feedback loop allows us to correct issues on the fly, maximizing production efficiency and maintaining consistently high standards.

Manual Fabric Inspection
Upon exiting the knitting process, every order undergoes a manual visual inspection. Our trained inspectors check for colour shifts, mis-stitches, and other visible defects.
